Rebate Process

1. All eligibility requirements must be met to qualify. See here for FAQ's.
   1. Completion of installation details for each solar panel.
   2. Solar panels must be installed at a residence that currently receives PECO residential electric service.
   3. Solar rebate will only be paid for approved interconnection applications after the system is In Service.
2. The following documents must be submitted (click here for examples).
   1. A copy of the PVWatts^® Calculator report for each array.
   2. A copy of the GPC Application Fields printout showing the Facility Information, Project Contacts, Contractor Information, and Equipment Information sections.
   3. For online applications, a copy of page 2 of the Paper Application PDF with Installation Information completed.
   4. For mail in, email, or fax applications, the full Paper Application PDF.
3. Rebate application can be submitted as soon as your solar installer receives PECO's Permission to Install.
4. Application for systems In Service must be received within 90 days of PECO's In Service status (connected to the grid and generating power).
5. PECO customers who have chosen an alternate electric supplier are eligible for rebates; however, PECO will not be responsible for any bill credits for customers with a third-party supplier.
6. Apply in one of two ways:
   1. Submit an online application.
   2. Mail, fax, or email the application PDF.
