HVAC Maintenance

  • You must currently receive residential electric service from PECO and are having maintenance performed on a central AC or air-source heat pump.

  2. Clean filters as needed
  3. Inspect and lubricate bearings
  4. Inspect and clean condenser and, if accessible, evaporator coil

  • The new natural gas heating system is the sole or main source of heat
  • Customer may apply for either Fuel Switching Rebate or PECO Gas Efficiency Upgrades (ENERGY STAR® Natural Gas Furnace and High Efficiency Furnace Fan Motor) but not both
