2 Rebates available to qualified PECO customers. Smart thermostat rebates are determined by your heating and/or cooling system that will be connected to your smart thermostat.

View Rebate Process

  1. Refer to your proposal/invoice to verify that your equipment is ENERGY STAR® certified and meets all criteria in the above chart.
  2. Verify other eligibility requirements:
    1. Customers who received INSTANT discounts through the PECO Marketplace or PECO Instant Discounts in stores are not eligible for a duplicate rebate.
    2. Product must be new, meet Unit Efficiency Requirements, and installed in a residence that currently receives PECO residential electric service.
    3. Application for purchased/installed equipment must be submitted within 90 days of purchase/install.
    4. Online applications for product purchased and installed before 6/1/26 must be submitted by 7/31/26. Paper applications for product purchased and installed before 6/1/26 must be submitted by 7/20/26.
    5. Application must include a paid receipt with the model number, manufacturer, purchase price, and purchase date.
  3. Apply in one of 3 ways:
    1. Ask your contractor to submit a rebate application on your behalf.
    2. Submit an online application.
    3. Mail the application PDF.

PECO Marketplace

Get instant rebates on small appliances and smart thermostats when you shop online at PECO Marketplace. Free shipping on orders over $35. You must be a PECO residential electric customer to place an order.

Your discount is already included in the price shown. Instant discounts are also available via online purchase in eligible zip codes for Lowe's and Home Depot stores. No need to fill out an application!
